How It Works

What the night looks like.

We Set Up

We show up early, pick the right spot, and set up the camera, lights, and a table of light tools for guests to use.

Guests Take Part

Guests step in alone, in pairs, or in groups. We show them what to do, time the shot, and make sure they end up with a photo they love.

We Edit On the Spot

We clean up the color and contrast in a few minutes. Higher tiers can also add your branding or initials to the photo.

Print & Hand Off

We print the photo on nice paper, wrap it in custom packaging, and hand it to your guest right there.

Online Gallery

A few days later, you get a full online gallery with every photo, ready to download or share.

What kind of events is this for?

Weddings, big birthdays, anniversaries, company galas, brand events, private parties, and fundraisers. If you want guests to have something fun to do and take home, light painting fits well.

How much space do you need?

About a 12×12 foot area with the lights we can control. We'll look at your venue ahead of time. We've worked indoors and outside, big places and small.

How long does each guest take?

About 2–4 minutes per shot. We'll pick the right package for your guest count so the line stays short.

When do you work?

Weekends only, and dates fill up fast. Try to reach out 8–12 weeks ahead, more for weddings and holidays.

What do I need to book?

A 50% deposit holds your date. The remaining balance is due when the services are rendered. We'll send a simple contract and walk you through the steps.

Do you travel outside Tyler?

Yes. We travel often to Dallas/Fort Worth and across East Texas. Travel fees may apply outside Tyler, and we'll tell you the cost up front.
